Presidio Wealth Partners (“Presidio”), an advisory practice of Hightower, provides investment management and advisory services to wealthy individuals and business owners. Presidio manages $2.9 billion of assets on behalf of our clients. We offer an outsourced family office experience for our clients that places us at the center of a client’s financial life by focusing on asset management and customized financial planning solutions. Presidio is a team made up of 20 full-time employees comprised of 8 advisors and 12 supporting staff members.
Presidio provides investment, financial and retirement planning services to individuals, foundations, and family offices, and 401(k) consulting and cash management services to corporations. What You’ll Do
The Private Investment Specialist will report to the Private Investment Operations Manager and work closely with the Private Investment Operations Manager and the Director of Private Investments to enhance the reporting and operational responsibilities of the Private Investment department.
Your main responsibility will be to coordinate and oversee the reporting of our alternative investment book of business in Black Diamond with the SS&C Accord reporting team, investment sponsors and Black Diamond.
Other tasks will include:
- Preparation and dissemination of client subscription documents
- Follow compliance protocols with the submission of subscription documents
- Working with investment custodians to process new subscriptions
- Assist with the re-registration of client positions and accounts as needed
- Other tasks as delegated by the Private Investment Operations Manager
What You’ll Bring

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-starter to take initiative and does not need to wait for instruction.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with private investments is preferred but not required.
- 2 + years of relevant industry experience
