Your Future Team
Hightower’s Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team supports Hightower Corporate & Field teams by leveraging financial and operational data to create annual budgets, drive growth initiatives, benchmark success, and evaluate financial performance & organizational growth.
Reporting to the Manager of FP&A, you will bring a blend of financial & analytical capabilities and strong communication skills. You will be responsible for building and improving processes that drive business performance and scale while supporting the top-line growth of the organization. You will collaborate within the Finance team and across the organization to support financial and strategic planning, monthly and quarterly financial close processes, and building & analyzing business performance metrics.
What You’ll Do
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Lead the development of critical elements of the financial close, reporting, forecasting, and annual strategic planning processes
- Manage FP&A processes and effectively communicate initiative progress, roadblocks, questions and timelines to team leadership
- Drive process improvement within the FP&A team through continuous improvement of reporting quality through improved use of automation and systems
Business Performance & Reporting
- Manage the delivery process of monthly and quarterly analysis with insights on business performance to organizational leadership, investors, and Board of Directors
- Analyze the financial performance of the company to identify key drivers of growth or opportunities for increased operational effectiveness
Decision Support & Financial Modeling
- Partner with leaders across the business to develop assumptions-driven financial models
- Build financial models and provide a financial & analytical perspective to business questions
- Leverage large datasets to develop insights and drive business outcomes. Demonstrate the ability to process large datasets and tell a story using visualization tools (Excel, PowerPoint, others)
Team Leadership & Development
- Coach junior team members and manage cross-functional relationships to drive outcomes
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a financial analytics environment where you have gained experience in corporate finance and business strategy
- Relevant experience includes Corporate Finance, M&A advisory, financial consulting, or other analytically driven roles
- Baseline of financial concepts, financial modeling capabilities, and an understanding of core financial statements
- Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with other data processing / visualization tools a plus (Tableau, Alteryx, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new systems and processes
- Solid written and active communication skills; demonstrated ability to interact with senior leadership and external stakeholders

- Base salary of $90,000 to $120,000 plus discretionary bonus (exact base salary amount will be dependent on experience)
