Job Description:
Focus on overall project management execution and acting as the lead professional on client engagements, to actively contribute to the growth and development of the practice. Lead discussions, negotiate engagement documents, and participate in business and financial due diligence sessions. Strategically analyze and enhance both financial and operational performance to drive new business initiatives and successfully execute complex financial transactions. Actively engage in client interactions, and networking with prospects to build revenue producing relationships, contributing to the growth and development of the practice. Serve a critical role in presenting comprehensive analyses and conclusions internally and externally to our clients. Assist in building and reviewing complex financial models, quality control, execution, and industry consultation.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a closely related field plus 6 years of post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or any finance-related job titles. 6 years of experience must include: (1) financial modeling, valuation and building and implementing complex numerical models (2) assessing cash flows and valuating securities specific to litigation and damages with MS Excel (3) performing economic damages analyses (4) conceptualizing and developing project approach, methodologies, and analytical frameworks (5) conducting financial due diligence and participating in client diligence meetings (6) preparing reports and presentations including graphic and written sections to internal and external audiences. Houlihan Lokey is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive total compensation package, which may include other components such as discretionary incentive compensation. The firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible salary range for this role at the time of posting is:
$160,000.00-$180,000.00
Actual salary at the time of hire may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant qualifications, skills, and experience, as well as the service line and location where this position may be filled.
