The Role:
Global Private Wealth Marketing is responsible for growing the Blue Owl brand and driving assets into commercial products with Financial Advisors and their high-net-worth clients across key markets (e.g., AMRS, EMEA and APAC). We are hiring a marketing professional to support our digital and web efforts for the Private Wealth business.
This individual will sit on the Growth Marketing team within Private Wealth Marketing, primarily focused on optimizing and maintaining our best-in-class digital experience, wealth.blueowl.com, to drive engagement and nurture leads. They will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our website, including but not limited to building new webpages, creating user journeys, analyzing site performance, optimizing for SEO and more. They will work closely with the broader marketing team and stakeholders on developing strategic plans, creating content and analyzing web performance.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead optimization and maintenance: Optimize and maintain all website content to ensure information is timely and accurate, while ensuring the site is user-friendly, accessible, and responsive across devices.
- Performance monitoring: Track website performance using analytics tools, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes with the development team.
- SEO optimization: Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Digital content creation: Collaborate with the PW marketing team to create engaging content that aligns with digital best practices.
- Project coordination: Coordinate website-related projects, including redesigns, new page launches, new feature implementations, and more.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on website performance and provide insights to improve advisor engagement and conversion rates.
- A/B testing and personalization: Conduct A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different website elements and personalize advisor experiences based on data-driven insights to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
- Compliance: Ensure the website complies with relevant laws and regulations, including data protection and privacy standards.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders across Private Wealth Growth, Product, Content, and broader teams like Data/IT to improve processes and performance.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in marketing, financial services and asset management is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field required
- Platform experience (or similar platforms): HubSpot, SalesforceMonday.com
- Strong project management skills and proficient in Microsoft office suite (primarily PowerPoint and Excel)
- Experience with digital and web marketing preferred
- Experience with building web pages, user experience, marketing analytics preferred
- Driven, self-starter with the ability to own and execute on a range of initiatives while managing multiple stakeholders and staying strategically focused
- Results driven with a high-level of attention to details and commitment to excellence
- Strong organizational skills: ability to multi-task, prioritize, think proactively, find connectivity across marketing initiatives and collaborate in a fast-paced environment
It is expected that the base annual salary range for this New York City-based position will be $115,000 to $125,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
