Position Overview
Rockpoint is searching for an Analyst to join the Investor Relations team to focus on the execution and review of financial reporting materials distributed by the team to Rockpoint’s investors. The successful candidate will provide significant leverage to the Investor Relations team, working closely with Rockpoint’s Accounting and Finance groups to gather information and present it in an articulate manner, consistent with Rockpoint’s branding guidelines. The Analyst will be a key contributor to Rockpoint’s ongoing and prospective Investor Relations activities.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a small team to fulfill quarterly and ad hoc investor and consultant information requests
- Maintain and organize quantitative responses to diligence requests, ensuring consistency of information throughout each capital raise
- Provide leverage around the reporting of any fund or investor level information, creating summary models and organizing information from multiple sources
- Assist in regulatory compliance requirements around investor communications
- Manage Investor Relations email account, providing timely and professional responses to limited partner inquiries
- Respond to internal information requests and complete other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with proven academic performance
- 1 - 2 years of relevant experience, ideally within accounting, private equity, or private fund operations
- Commitment to consistency, clarity, and accuracy with exceptional attention to detail
- Exceptional quantitative, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to respond quickly and professionally in all situations
- Outstanding productivity and proven time management and prioritization skills

Location
The position is based primarily in Rockpoint’s Boston office.
