Overview:
The Client Services team at FlexTrade is the first point of contact for client support, operating both from our offices and in the field. As a Level-1 Production Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction by diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
We are looking for individuals who can think from the client’s perspective, remain composed under pressure, and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership. Many issues are complex and require a curious, analytical mindset to uncover root causes that may not be immediately apparent.
You will be expected to maintain situational awareness during client interactions, coordinate with internal teams—including networking, connectivity, Level-2 support, and development—and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first line of support for client-reported issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive issue resolution.
- Participate in shift rotations, including occasional weekend and after-hours support.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Solid understanding of financial markets, trading, and clearing workflows.
- Working knowledge of trading platforms and network infrastructure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across teams.
