WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in operational roles is required—ideally with exposure to facilities, vendor management, and similar domains—along with proven success managing teams of 100+, including both internal staff and vendors.
- The role requires demonstrated excellence in analytical thinking and the ability to clearly communicate complex issues verbally and in writing.
- Strong empathy for colleagues, outstanding attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to improving processes and anticipating employee needs are essential.
- The expected annual base salary for this position is $250,000 to $350,000. Our compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401(k) contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
