Telework Information: This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with up to two days of remote work and three days or more onsite, per week.

If so, consider applying to be part of CalPERS’ Leadership Development team within the Human Resources Division. We’re looking for an Associate Governmental Program Analyst who can contribute to the high impact and highly visibile work we do to develop the leaders of today and tomorrow by creating a culture of leadership excellence within our organization.
The Leadership Development team oversees a wide portfolio of offerings, including: appointment training, standalone trainings, the emerging leader program, and individualized training and development solutions. The new team member will help manage our current offerings and will also have the opportunity to recommend new ideas and see them through to implementation. The incumbent will interact with leaders at all levels, from front-line to executive. They’ll work at a level that requires them to see the big picture but also execute details at the lowest level. They’ll get to know the needs of the organization and industry best practices and make recommendations to ensure leader development offerings are bringing value to our leaders and the organization.
