The Team:
The CX Change Management team at S&P Global Commodity Insights leads the strategic change efforts that support our portfolio of customer experience initiatives. Our goal is to empower internal teams to embrace change with confidence, enabling them to adopt new capabilities effectively and deliver measurable business outcomes.
As a key member of this team, you will collaborate closely with the CX Program Management team and stakeholders across multiple departments to support and execute high-impact projects that enhance customer engagement and drive operational excellence.
With a strong focus on people, process, and communication, the CX Change Management team is instrumental in ensuring successful transitions, fostering adoption, and sustaining improvements that uphold S&P Global Commodity Insights’ reputation for delivering world-class customer experiences.
Responsibilities and Impact:
As a Change Manager, you will:
- Lead the development and execution of change management strategies for all Customer Experience initiatives, including but not limited to Project Armadillo (Salesforce CPQ & Billing Order-to-Cash), Project Compass, and Project Bedrock.
- Partner closely with the Program Management team to ensure change management plans are fully aligned with overall project timelines and business objectives.
- Design and implement change strategies leveraging the PROSCI methodology to support seamless adoption and minimize resistance.
- Manage all aspects of change execution—developing communication plans to build awareness and engagement, coordinating training with the CI Business School, and implementing reinforcement measures to ensure lasting adoption and measurable ROI.
- Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the organization to build trust, encourage feedback, and drive alignment on change initiatives.
Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.

What We’re Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years working in a change management/project management role involving cross-team collaboration on delivering strategic projects.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently while working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and specific requirements.
- Possess strong organization, prioritization, problem identification, and problem-solving skills to manage internal workflows and communication.
- Ability to take initiative, use consultative skills and build strong, productive relationships.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- APM Project Management certified.
- PROSCI Change Management certified.
- Bachelor's degree in a social science discipline or related field preferred.
