We’re seeking a seasoned Content Strategist with deep expertise in B2B fintech or financial services and a journalistic mindset. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Marketing, this role will help bring the firm’s voice to life—ensuring consistency, clarity, and credibility across our content channels. You’ll collaborate closely with internal subject matter experts, product, and PR to translate key insights into high-quality content that supports our broader brand narrative and strategic goals. You won’t just write—you’ll help us scale content delivery while reinforcing a cohesive point of view across thought leadership and brand platforms. Responsibilities include owning and leading the execution of key content programs such as daily blogs, LinkedIn presence, and long-form pieces (e.g., whitepapers, speaker decks); capturing, shaping, and refining internal subject matter expertise into a consistent and credible editorial voice; developing and maintaining an editorial calendar aligned to strategic business and marketing priorities; writing and editing insight-driven blog posts, executive-ready content, and long-form narratives; partnering with PR, product marketing, and leadership to ensure alignment of tone and themes across channels; managing content workflows and deadlines; maintaining high editorial standards by implementing structured content review workflows and guidelines; distilling complex concepts into clear, relevant, and compelling content; and tracking performance of content assets to iterate based on audience engagement and feedback. Qualifications include 7+ years of experience in B2B fintech or financial services marketing, content strategy, or journalism; a strong editorial background; exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills; experience executing cross-channel content strategies; ability to work cross-functionally; comfort in fast-paced environments; passion for financial innovation; and a forward-thinking approach valuing efficiency and modern tools. The role supports the Head of Corporate Marketing in reinforcing a strong, differentiated voice in the market and contributes directly to influencing the market and connecting with clients, prospects, and partners.
