Job Description
As a member of the Strategy and Corporate Development (S&CD) team, the Transformation & Innovation Leader will play a critical role in shaping the organization’s strategic agenda, driving the organization-wide transformation, and leading value creation initiatives (with a focus on technology, AI, operations and finance).
The Transformation & Innovation Leader is someone that has a passion for solving complex problems, identifying/removing roadblocks to accelerate progress, and supporting change management efforts. The candidate will bring deep functional expertise in technology, AI, and innovation, with a strong track record of working collaboratively across many functions within organizations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the thinking on the organization’s strategic ambition, with a focus on technology, AI, innovation, and operational excellence as drivers of long-term growth
- Analyze overall trends in technology, AI and innovation in the asset management industry (and other relevant industries) and identify implications for Antares
- Support the technology, operations, and finance on translating strategic aspirations into targets and plans (e.g., 5-year financial plan, talent planning, business cases)
- Support the identification and launch of new transformation initiatives (e.g., 2 per quarter as other initiatives close) within technology, operations, finance, and innovation/AI topics across the firm (e.g., investment decision making, segmentation and prioritization of sales pipeline)
- Work closely with transformation initiative owners to help set the aspiration, establish the working teams, problem solve, and resolve roadblocks
- Support transformation initiative owners prepare for the bi-weekly Transformation Office (Executive Committee) updates ensuring productive meetings with clear synthesis and actionable decisions outlined
- Work closely with the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors to build alignment on the aspiration/roadmap within technology, AI, and innovation, by developing and delivering productive workshops and in-depth discussions
Qualifications
Ideally, candidates will have a mix of the following:
- Work Experience: 10+ years of experience preferably in management consulting or an internal strategy/transformation role with a focus on technology/AI/innovation with Asset Management or Financial Services experience
- Problem Solving: Experience solving complex problems – breaking down problems into component pieces to keep advancing the thinking and moving forward
- Collaboration: Sophisticated communication skillset and ability to develop relationships with internal stakeholders across functions/levels (including Executive Committee) and external stakeholders (i.e., investors, sponsors, partners)
- Entrepreneurship: Execution-oriented with a doer mentality, balancing predictability with adaptability to changing scenarios
- Values: Values culture of respect, inclusion, and diversity as well as responsiveness, communication, and collaboration
- Education: minimum bachelor’s degree in business, economics or related area; advanced degree preferred
- Other items: Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, fluency in English, willingness to travel

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range at the time of posting is below. Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Actual base salary within the specified range is comprised of several components, including but not limited to applicant's skill, prior relevant experience, specific degrees and certifications, job responsibilities, market considerations and the location of the position.
This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus (based on company, business unit and individual performance).

$200,000 - $240,000
