Network management is responsible for the oversight of the firm’s cash, securities and clearing activities done through our global Financial Market Infrastructures and extensive network (FMIs). The role ensures commercial control, reporting of third-party service delivery, and extensive relationship management with providers. It also supports business growth through market intelligence, risk management, and alignment with strategic objectives.
To be successful as a Business Analyst, you should have:
- Knowledge of Financial Services, preferably experience with custodians, cash agents and other financial market infrastructures (such as central clearers – FICC, NSCC, OCC, CME etc)
- Experience in financial analysis, analytical thinker, negotiation skills, extensive documentation review
- Project and Change Management background and ability to quickly adapt and communicate complex changes, provide punchy salient summaries.
- Experience with process Management- supporting oversight of the Pune team with account openings, closing and amendments within a control framework.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications, including AI Tools like Copilot and building Sharepoints
Other Highly Valued Skills Include
- Stakeholder Management requiring excellent communication skills ability to manage complex stakeholders.
- Background with custody, cash clearing, market infrastructures, sourcing and/or post trade services or regulatory.
- Experience supporting global businesses and new products.
This role is located in our Whippany, NJ office.
Minimum Salary: $70,000
Maximum Salary: $135,000

Purpose of the role
To ensure that services provided by BX, or third parties are delivered in compliance with Barclays Policy and Standards and meet contractual agreements relating to cost quality and control.
Accountabilities
- Identification of improvement areas within service delivery processes and procedures to remain efficient.
- Collaboration with various teams to promote alignment between service delivery solutions and the bank's objectives.
- Execution of training and support initiatives to improve the service quality provided by colleagues.
- Collaboration with stakeholders to communicate service delivery performance and any resolve any potential issues.
- Development and maintenance of service level agreements (SLAs) by conducting regular reviews to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
- Management and monitoring of the banks operational team, through the utilisation of data and technology and the alignment of SLAs and KPIs, to ensure that service level agrees are met.
- Implement BX and / or Third-Party Service Management in compliance with Barclays policy and Standards, escalating variance or issues in accordance with governance requirements.
