You’llserve as a trusted analytical partner to Valuations leadership—managing complex valuation models, driving process innovation, and mentoring analysts—while contributing to Prologis’ digital transformation through data science and predictive analytics.
Key ResponsibilitiesInclude:
Build,maintain, and enhance asset and portfolio-level cash flow models for acquisitions, dispositions, and existing assets.
Data Management and Automation
Partner with Data Science and IT teams to improvevaluationdata pipelines, ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, and governance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Asset Management, Research, Finance, and Capital Deployment teams to integrate valuation insights into broader business strategies.

Hiring Salary Range of: $114,000-$135,000. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate’s location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
