Salary Range:
$120,000 USD - $130,000 USD
Specific compensation will be based on candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, commercial considerations, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Russell Investments isseekinga dynamic and forward-thinking communication professional to join our Corporate Communications teamin Seattleasan Executive Digital Communications specialist (Social Media). In this role,you’llpartner closelywith the CEO, Chief of Staff, and senior leadership toshapeand amplifythe firm’s executivevoice across digital channels(especiallyLinkedin), investor materials, and internalcommunications.You’llreport directly to the Global Head of Corporate Communications.
You will shape and deliver short-form video scripts, LinkedIn content, RFP letters, leadership notes, and high-impact internal communications—bringing Russell’s brand and leadership tone to life across a variety of platforms. Thisposition combines strategic executive storytelling with hands-on digital execution.

Partner with the CEO, CMO and Head of Comms to develop and script high-impact content for LinkedIn, investor videos, internal updates, and leadership messaging.
Create high-impact content across multiple formats—teleprompter-ready video scripts, thank-you notes, pitch materials, podcasts, and short-form digital storytelling.
Collaborate across Communications, Marketing, PR, and the Investment Division to ensure consistency, clarity, and platform alignment
3-7 years of experience in social media communications, journalism, digital content, or executive writing—ideally within asset management, professional services, or financial media
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Finance, or related field
