Position Summary:
Carlyle is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and forward-thinking Vice President of U.S. Wealth Marketing to lead marketing efforts that elevate Carlyle's presence across the U.S. wealth ecosystem. This senior marketer will shape the way Carlyle engages with financial advisors, high-net-worth investors, and distribution partners through impactful content, digital storytelling, and thought leadership.
In this role, you'll drive the creation of sophisticated yet accessible marketing initiatives that bring Carlyle's investment insights and brand to life - from digital campaigns and educational platforms to events and advisor engagement programs. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, product, and communications teams to deliver integrated, data-driven strategies that deepen relationships and expand Carlyle's reach within the wealth channel.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of integrated content and digital marketing initiatives across email, social media, and web platforms for U.S. wealth audiences - bringing Carlyle's investment insights and brand voice to life.
- Create and curate thought leadership and educational content for Carlyle ConnectED, working closely with Investment, Sales, and Product partners to produce engaging materials for advisors and clients.
- Develop wealth-friendly product materials that clearly communicate Carlyle's value proposition and investment capabilities.
- Partner closely with Events team to ensure events deliver a seamless, brand-aligned experience that showcases Carlyle's thought leadership and client focus.
- Contribute to broader strategic brand and digital projects that strengthen Carlyle's visibility, consistency, and competitive positioning within the U.S. wealth ecosystem.
- Contribute to key marketing technology initiatives that advance Carlyle's digital infrastructure to enhance targeting, personalization, scalability and client engagement.
- Monitor market and competitor activity to identify emerging trends and opportunities for differentiation and market leadership.
- Evaluate campaign performance and translate data insights into actionable recommendations that optimize engagement and demonstrate measurable impact.
Qualifications:
Education & Certificates
- Bachelor's degree, required
- Concentration in Marketing, Business or a related field, preferred
Professional Experience
- 10+ years of overall relevant experience, required
- Marketing experience in asset management, wealth management, or financial services, preferred.
- Expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and thought leadership development.
- Strong project management and collaboration skills, with ability to work seamlessly across teams.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex investment ideas into engaging content.
- Proven expertise in martech tools and data platforms (CRM systems, marketing automation, analytics dashboards, and social advocacy tools).
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented, client-first mindset.

Benefits/Compensation
The compensation range for this role is specific to New York, NY, and takes into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to the skill sets required/preferred; prior experience and training; licenses and/or certifications.
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $200,000 to $220,000.
In addition to the base salary, the hired professional will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package spanning retirement benefits, health insurance, life insurance and disability, paid time off, paid holidays, family planning benefits and various wellness programs. Additionally, the hired professional may also be eligible to participate in an annual discretionary incentive program, the award of which will be dependent on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
