This position will operate in a hybrid work environment, 3 days per week in the office (Philadelphia, PA).
OVERVIEW:
As an Automation and AI Solutions Analyst, you will be a key contributor to our Platform Solutions team, driving efficiency and innovation through automation and artificial intelligence technologies. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions using tools like UiPath, building Python-based scripts, and exploring AI-driven applications to optimize business processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, implement intelligent workflows, and support our AI strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about automation, programming, and emerging AI technologies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and deploy automation solutions using UiPath and Python to streamline operational processes across key business units.
- Collaborate with stakeholders toidentify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Support AI initiatives by researching, prototyping, and implementing AI-driven tools and applications that enhance efficiency and decision-making.
- Maintain and optimize existing automation workflows, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Provide actionable insights through data analysis and visualization, leveraging tools like Power BI to support strategic decisions.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 0-2 years’ experience.
- Strong programming skills, preferably in Python.
- Experience with automation platforms such as UiPath (or similar RPA tools).
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) and Excel for reporting and analysis.
- Familiarity with AI concepts and interest in applying AI to business processes.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Understanding of API integration and workflow automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
