You will work closely with consultants, management, and leadership, both internally and externally, to support our clients achieve success in deploying our solutions and services. This includes, upgrades, new installations and building service offerings for various solutions in our product line.
What you will do:
Lead a team of diverse associates to deliver on commitments for client deployments
Present and negotiate the design of proposed solutions with the client
Advise clients on standard methodologies for outsourcing solutions
Craft and deliver client-facing implementation reporting/documentation
Produce monthly revenue forecast including variance to targets
Interact with Multiple Product Lines across the Financial Institutions Group
Establish team goals and completing performance and merit reviews
Assist the team to ensure project related Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and financial measures are understood, monitored, and reported
What you will need to have:
- 5+ years of work experience working in an Implementation Project Management position
- 3+ years of experience with configuration, accounting, and outsourcing
- 3+ years of experience working with revenue planning and forecasting for portfolio projects within a Professional Services environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and military experience
What would be great to have:
- Previous experience in direct management or supervision of staff
- Experience with or familiarity with Enterprise Software
- Experience in wire processing, banking, or payment processing
