Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Services Representative, located in Fresno, CA, with flexibility for some remote work. The Financial Services Representative will assist clients in understanding and managing their financial needs. Daily tasks include providing financial guidance, discussing investment and insurance options, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role focuses on helping clients establish confidence and prepare for a secure future through personalized financial solutions.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Finance, Financial Services, and Investments
- Experience in Insurance and related products
- Strong aptitude for Customer Service and client relationship management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in financial services or a related industry is a plus
