The Los Angeles County Employees Retirement Association (LACERA) is seeking a seasoned and service-oriented technology leader to serve as IT Manager I – Application Support. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a mission-critical application support function within one of the largest and most sophisticated public retirement systems in the nation. Reporting to the IT Manager II - Business Solutions, the IT Manager I - Application Support will oversee the Application Support Unit and supervise a team of 9 budgeted positions plus contractors and interns in day-to-day production support for the organization’s cloud-hosted, Java-based Pension Administration System, while helping to guide ongoing modernization and system integration efforts. This critical leadership role requires deep experience with application support, incident management, and service-level accountability, as well as the ability to balance operational excellence with forward-looking initiatives that enhance member and employer experience. SALARY AND BENEFITS
This position will receive an annual salary of $133,920.96 – $202,699.68 DOE/DOQ, plus a generous benefits package.
