Job Description & Responsibilities:
This professional will join Blackstone Real Estate’s Portfolio Management team in New York to focus on delivering strategic insights, distilling communications, and centralizing key messaging. The Principal will work closely with colleagues focused on macro thematics and portfolio-wide analysis to hone a clear understanding of market and portfolio insights across sectors and regions globally, enabling the Principal to develop macro narratives, produce data-driven insights, and craft high-impact messaging, communications, and presentations that support senior-level leadership, client engagement, fundraising and product positioning across Blackstone Real Estate’s global platform.
The Principal will lead and execute multiple projects simultaneously and work closely with Blackstone Real Estate’s leadership team in collaboration with teams across the U.S., Europe, and Asia—including Investor Relations, Shareholder Relations, Public Affairs, Acquisitions, Asset Management, Finance and Blackstone’s portfolio companies—to shape how Blackstone Real Estate’s messaging and insights are communicated internally and externally.
The main areas of responsibility for the role include:
- Support senior-level leadership and collaborate with Investor / Shareholder Relations on developing centralized messaging for fundraising, investor updates, strategic initiatives, special projects, and other corporate communications
- Develop and maintain centralized, high‑quality presentations and talking points for senior-level leadership engagements across all strategies, portfolio themes, sectors, and regions; clearly communicate complex real estate concepts to institutional and retail audiences
- Interpret analytical and thematic insights and help shape key narratives and macro themes in partnership with colleagues in Portfolio Management and across the broader business
- Analyze real estate markets, macroeconomic trends, and portfolio data to produce insights that inform senior-level leadership and enhance messaging used in communications
- Ensure consistency and unity in messaging across the business by aligning content utilized across the business on macro themes, real estate fundamentals, sector overviews, portfolio performance, and overall business positioning
- Build strong professional relationships and partner with sector-specific teams to ensure materials reflect the latest information and accurately capture real-time performance, ensuring strategic cohesion across the business
- Lead and execute multiple, time-sensitive projects concurrently, exercising strong judgment while incorporating feedback from a various stakeholders
- Develop deep expertise in the firm’s funds, investments and strategic priorities
- Ensure timely, accurate and streamlined information flow across the Real Estate group, facilitating a unified voice and narrative across all communications
Qualifications:

- 8+ years of professional experience in a real‑estate‑related role
- Undergraduate degree required
- Real estate, investment banking, consulting, marketing, investor relations, communications or real estate private equity experience is preferred
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Knowledge of real estate investment fundamentals, including sector-level metrics, economic concepts, and data interpretation; strong analytical skills; effectively translates data and concepts into clear narratives
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; crafts clear, concise, and compelling materials for senior-level management
- Strong interpersonal skills; engages effectively with senior-level leaders; navigates and collaborates with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Manages and executes complex assignments, prioritizes and pivots effectively as priorities evolve, and meets demanding deadlines
- Strong project management skills, excellent attention to detail and resourcefulness
- Highly motivated, self‑starter who thrives in dynamic and evolving environments

Expected annual base salary range:
$200,000 - $250,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone’s sole discretion.
