This position will be a hybrid work arrangement. You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval. For example, you may choose to work in the office 4 days per week and take one remote day weekly (typically13 weeksper quarter), leaving 5additionalremote days to be used as needed.
About Evergreen Portfolio Management
This role sits within the Evergreen Portfolio Management team, which is part of HarbourVest’s Evergreen Solutions platform. The Evergreen Portfolio Management teamis responsible forthe day-to-day management of HarbourVest’s evergreen funds. Wemonitorand manage fund liquidity, support new investment activity, run scenario-based modeling, andassistthe HarbourVest salesforce in responding to requests related to evergreen portfolio management.
Asan Evergreen Portfolio Management Investment Data Associate, you will handle various responsibilities while building andmaintainingour investment data universe. You will work on a nimble team developing connections across the HarbourVest platform including the dedicated Portfolio Managers, capital markets, investment teams, investment operations, legal, as well as senior leadership. Evergreen Portfolio Management Investment Data Associates think like portfolio managers,researchersand problem solvers. This requires strong data skills, analytical capabilities, familiarity with the investment process (preferably private equity), a deep understanding of investment concepts, and an entrepreneurial attitude.
Innovate new applications of investment data across evergreen strategies (e.g., private equity, private credit, infrastructure) to scale the platform and strengthen decision‑making frameworks.
Track recordofidentifyingtrends from underlying data, distilling complexity into actionable conclusions, and articulating the “so what” in a concise, compelling manner

Salary Range
$79,000.00 - $111,000.00
This USD base salary range represents only one component of total compensation for this role and is provided in accordance with local requirements. This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which is determined based on individual and overall firm performance. In addition to salary and bonus, total compensation may include eligibility for long-term reward programs and a comprehensive total rewards package that may include retirement, health, insurance, paid time off, and wellness programs. Our total rewards offerings are influenced by several business factors, and eligibility for certain components will vary by position and geography. Please note the posted ranges do not apply outside the U.S. and should not be converted to other currencies as a proxy for compensation in other countries.
