Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Agent, based in Cairo, Egypt. While the role requires some in-office activities, flexibility for working from home is available. The Insurance Agent will handle the sale of insurance products, provide client consultation, assess risks, and deliver tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, collaborating with insurance carriers, presenting products, and ensuring outstanding customer service throughout the client journey.
Qualifications
- Experience in Insurance Sales, Insurance Brokerage, and general Insurance practices
- Strong background in Finance and risk assessment
- Proficiency in Customer Service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a hybrid setting
- Previous professional experience in the financial services or insurance industries is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills as a plus
