Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Direct Agent based in Cairo, Egypt, with the option for some remote work. Responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new clients, selling insurance products and services, maintaining strong client relationships, and offering tailored financial and insurance solutions to meet clients’ needs. The agent will also provide exceptional customer service, address client inquiries, and manage insurance policies to ensure client satisfaction and policy optimization. Collaboration with colleagues and adherence to company standards will be essential.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
- Basic knowledge of Finance and financial products
- Strong Customer Service skills to maintain client relationships and foster client satisfaction
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup, managing both on-site and remote responsibilities efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field is beneficial
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
