Human Resources Reporting & Analytics Senior
As a Human Resources Reporting & Analytics Senior, you will partner with HR leaders, People Analytics, and business stakeholders to translate HR data into actionable insights that inform workforce strategy. You will design and deliver reports, dashboards, and analyses using HR systems and business intelligence tools, ensuring data reliability and clear storytelling to support talent, retention, and organizational planning decisions.
What You'll Do
- Partner with HR business partners and Centers of Excellence to gather reporting requirements and translate business questions into measurable analytics.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and automated reports that enable timely HR decision-making.
- Write and optimize SQL queries and scripts to extract, transform, and load HR data into reporting environments.
- Develop and maintain data models, ETL processes, and validation routines to ensure HR data accuracy and integrity.
- Interpret data, perform root-cause analysis, and present findings and recommendations to HR and business leadership.
- Document reporting specifications, data definitions, and dashboard user guides to support adoption and governance.
What You'll Need To Have
- 5+ years of experience in human resources reporting and analytics using HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and business intelligence tools such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, Tableau, or Power BI.
- 5+ years of experience writing complex SQL queries and building dashboards, visualizations, and automated reports using Tableau, Power BI, Python or R, and advanced Excel.
- 4+ years of experience designing and maintaining data models, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and data validation routines for HR datasets.
- Experience with HR data privacy, security, and compliance practices for people data.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Business, or related field or equivalent combination of educational background, related experience and/or military experience
What Would Great To Have
- Experience with Workday Prism Analytics, HR data lakes, or cloud data platforms for HR analytics.
- Experience applying statistical methods or predictive modeling (Python or R) to workforce issues such as attrition, engagement, or workforce planning.
- Experience partnering on HR operational programs (talent management, compensation, workforce planning) to embed analytics into decision processes.
How You'll Work
- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
