Who you'll Work With:
Bernstein Private Wealth Management (“Bernstein”), a subsidiary of AllianceBernstein L.P. (AB), provides
advanced planning strategies and a wide array of investment management services to high and ultra-high-net-worth families, endowments, foundations, and institutions to help them reach specific financial objectives. Bernstein is distinguished among major wealth managers by its singular focus on wealth management and the resulting alignment of interests and accountability this brings to each client relationship. Bernstein’s integrated approach to wealth management, including investments, planning, and family engagement, allows the firm to tailor each client’s portfolio. This approach minimizes the effects of tax and volatility with investment strategies that draw on AB’s deep research expertise across asset classes and geographies.
What You'll Do:
We are looking for a strategist with a data-first approach to growing and engaging audiences across all marketing department efforts. The role is two-fold, creating insights for both the marketing team and advisor leadership. The hybrid role will analyze program performance using data-driven marketing, extract relevant insights and report findings and recommendations to leadership through text and data visualizations. Developing insights on our direct-to-consumer outputs (i.e. podcasts, social media, centralized campaigns, blogs, etc.) will allow the marketing team to pivot and make data-driven decisions. Developing insights on contact engagement and advisor-driven activities (i.e. dashboard and scoring formats) will allow the advisor teams to make informed decisions to further their business development. This individual will also help develop key measurement strategies and governance to ensure consistency in reporting and analysis across digital touch points.
Communication skills are key. As the Marketing Insights & Analytics lead, you’ll be translating raw data and technical terms into insights and strategy recommendations that will help inform business decisions. Being able to explain the technical aspects in “plain language” is critical to making a persuasive presentation. This key role will work closely with the creative, content, social and events teams to continuously improve the thinking, strategy, recommended programs and tactics of the marketing department.
The role will be based in either NY or Nashville and will be reporting to the Head of Private Wealth Digital Marketing & Operations.
What We're Looking For:
8+ years’ relevant experience
Familiarity with data-driven marketing ecosystems, best practices and trends
Experience in marketing, social media analytics, social listening, and website analytics, as well as SEO, dashboard building and reporting templates
Working knowledge of Adobe Analytics, SQL, Python, BI reporting, Tableau, and databases
