What’s the role?
We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Analyst to support and enhance the technology platforms that drive our fund accounting, investor services, and regulatory reporting operations. This role is ideal for a self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced financial environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and proactively identifies opportunities to automate and improve operational workflows.
You’ll work closely with fund administration teams to ensure system stability, streamline processes, and deliver high‑quality technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and optimize fund administration systems used for investor servicing, reporting, and workflow management.
- Build, maintain, and execute PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive tasks, enhance data quality, and reduce manual effort.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities across fund accounting, reconciliation, data feeds, and reporting processes.
- Troubleshoot system issues impacting daily fund operations; perform root‑cause analysis and implement sustainable fixes.
- Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and operational tickets using ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
- Partner with fund accounting, investor services, compliance, and technology teams to gather requirements and deliver system enhancements.
- Support system upgrades, patches, vendor releases, and related testing and documentation.
- Maintain clear documentation for system configurations, data flows, automation scripts, and operational procedures.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
- Contribute to projects involving new fund launches, data integrations, reporting enhancements, and process optimization.
- Additional tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, ideally within fund administration, asset management, or financial services.
- Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation of operational or administrative tasks.
- Experience resolving incidents and service requests using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
- Solid understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra and enterprise system administration.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and learn new financial systems quickly.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, especially in deadline‑driven operational cycles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with fund accounting, treasury, billing, or investor services platforms (e.g., Sage Intacct, Investran, eFront, Bill.com).
- Familiarity with financial data integrations, reconciliation tools, or reporting systems.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Entra, AWS), SQL, APIs, or ETL tools.
- Experience with control Audits and regulatory compliance
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000, in addition to a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits package. Please note that the actual salary offered within that range will depend on the candidate’s experience level.
