Responsibilities:
- Lead senior-level engagement with institutional clients to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and measurable impact
- Identify opportunities to expand strategic relationships and deepen platform usage across enterprise accounts
- Act as the voice of the client internally, translating feedback into actionable insights for product and research teams
- Build playbooks, dashboards, and operating frameworks to improve visibility and execution across the commercial organization
- Partner with leadership on cross-functional initiatives such as pricing, client support models, and impact reporting
- Work hands-on with clients to support AI adoption and workflow transformation across investment teams
Requirements:
- 5–8+ years of experience within or servicing asset management, investment banking, private markets, consulting, or capital markets technology
- Proven experience managing complex, enterprise client relationships and driving tangible outcomes
- Strong understanding of institutional investment workflows, data environments, and decision-making processes
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Genuine interest in AI and its potential to transform financial services
