The Specialist, Lateral Partner Recruiting & Integration supports the firm’s strategic growth through lateral partner hiring. This role reports to the Chief of Lateral Partner Recruiting & Integration, and works closely with firm partners and cross-functional departments to coordinate and execute lateral partner recruitment and integration efforts across multiple offices and practice areas.
Primary Responsibilities and/or Essential functions:
- Liaise with lateral partner candidates, search firms, internal stakeholders, and firm partners
- Manage scheduling and logistics for partner interviews, meetings, and presentations
- Track candidate submissions, including candidate information and evaluations
- Collaborate across teams to facilitate/support partner onboarding and integration
- Contribute to the development of high-impact integration plans to support a partner’s integration into the firm
- Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information
- Assist with reporting, pipeline tracking, and special projects related to lateral growth initiatives
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Any additional responsibilities as required by management
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- 4+ years of recruiting, attorney recruiting, or professional services experience, preferably in a large law firm or legal search environment
- Prior experience supporting lateral partner or senior attorney recruiting strongly preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent searches and deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; professional and polished demeanor
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, matrixed organization

Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
Estimated salary range is $115,000 - $120,000. Compensation decisions within the range are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case including but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
