Position
The Digital Marketing Manager owns Polen Capital's digital channel execution including website management, email campaigns, and digital analytics. This role executes marketing strategy through Polen’s web platforms, optimizes campaigns through testing, and builds scalable processes that drive engagement and lead generation. The position activates campaigns across digital touchpoints while maintaining data quality, process consistency, and measurable performance.
Website Management
- Own website content publishing, updates, and user experience
- Coordinate with digital agency on complex website builds and technical projects
- Create landing pages and campaign microsites
- Monitor website analytics and performance
Email & Digital Campaigns
- Build and deploy digital campaign components (email, web, landing pages) utilizing HubSpot with segmentation and personalization
- Manage email lists, segmentation, and audience targeting
- Execute A/B testing and multivariate testing across email subject lines, content, CTAs, send times, and audience segments
- Test landing page layouts, forms, and conversion elements to optimize performance
- Monitor campaign performance and use data insights to continuously improve results
Marketing Automation & Optimization
- Optimize marketing automation platform (HubSpot) and build scalable workflows
- Support lead scoring implementation based on strategic direction
- Maintain data quality and hygiene across marketing systems
- Identify and implement technical solutions to improve campaign efficiency
Analytics, Reporting & Process
- Build and manage analytics dashboards to track campaign and website performance
- Document campaign workflows and testing frameworks for repeatability
- Provide performance insights and optimization recommendations to inform strategy
- Track ROI and conversion metrics across digital channels
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or relevant area
- 5+ years of broad marketing experience and digital marketing expertise. Prior experience in financial services and/or investment management strongly preferred
- Experience with marketing automation tools (email, CRM, analytics, workflows), Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms
