Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Sales and Marketing Specialist for a full-time, on-site position located in Alexandria, Egypt. The role involves developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to meet company goals. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, training clients on products and services, supporting sales efforts, and managing sales initiatives to drive growth and revenue. This role also requires active involvement in creating and adapting marketing strategies to align with market trends and client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build lasting client relationships and effectively address client needs
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
- Ability to provide Training to clients and team members on products and strategies
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in industry-related software and tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the financial services or investment management industry is preferred
- Fluency in English; bilingualism is an asset
