Position Summary
As a Client Distribution Strategy and Business Management Lead, your mission is to help build a top-tier infrastructure operating model across the client distribution business that will help drive growth for the firm. You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, manage vendor relationships, strategically map technological needs and align budgeting efforts with strategic objectives.
Essential Duties
- Strategic Planning and Vision:
- Work closely with heads of businesses to map out our vision for the future with a deep understanding of the business objectives.
- Understand how client distribution works across sales and marketing, fostering collaboration and synergy with overlapping initiatives that will help propel growth for the organization
- Implement an actionable way to measure success for our key initiatives and strategic priorities
- Develop a reporting mechanism back to senior leaders to ensure we are providing transparency to the business
- Budget and Resource Management:
- Work closely with the CFO office to align budgeting efforts with strategic objectives
- Develop key processes, workflows and ongoing transparency across the function
- Strategically map our tech needs and how to better leverage our tech stack across the business
- Focus on onboarding and increase usage internally through ongoing transparency and training
- Infrastructure Operating Model:
- Develop and implement an efficient operating model to help build efficiency across the organization through tech platforms
- Optimize workflow and onboarding experiences for our tech platforms in partnership with our procurement team and develop key processes
- Lead our firm wide roll-outs for tech across CRM, Content Management, AI tools etc.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, or tech related field
- 5-10 years of experience in similar role
- Strong leadership skills, adaptability, and ability to drive change
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
- Proficiency across tech platforms – like Salesforce, Seismic, understanding of AI

Estimated Compensation:
Base Salary: For an NY based position, the base salary base range $160k-180K. This is an anticipated range only.
Other Compensation: Eligible to be considered for an annual discretionary bonus
