OverviewSenior Product Manager
Bayview is an investment management firm focused on investments in mortgage and consumer credit, including management of one of the largest U.S. mortgage servicing rights portfolios in the country. Fastlane Financial Solutions (“Fastlane”) is a new startup business within Bayview working to revolutionize the homeownership experience by providing customers with a robust digital platform and access to exclusive financial products. Our platform and products aim to simplify the mortgage process, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience beyond anything available to consumers today.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the definition and launch of our mortgage lending products and an innovative, first-of-its-kind consumer digital platform for homeowners and mortgage holders. Specifically, we are seeking a consumer technology-minded professional with an eye for UX, experience in the mortgage technology industry and demonstrated ability to drive "zero-to-one" initiatives and leverage the resources of an established organization to launch successful new products at scale.

As a remote-first organization, Fastlane is geographically distributed across the US – this role is fully remote anywhere in the United States, and can also take advantage of Bayview’s offices in New York City, NY or Coral Gables, FL.
The total compensation range for this role is $200,000 to $250,000; however, Bayview considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, location and key skills
ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Define and drive the product roadmap for a consumer-facing financial product, including financial product definition, digital CX, and related operational programs.
- Identify and drive partnerships with key vendors / servicers in the fintech space related to your product area.
- Establish key measures of business and customer success and lead the effort to define, build and operationalize the measurement, reporting and narrative for your products’ business and customer results.
- Work with Leadership and be accountable for aligning the organization to your product’s vision and roadmap, operations, and outcomes.
- Work with internal partners and stakeholders ranging from Mortgage Lending Officers, sales operations, marketing, compliance and legal to take in input and drive customer-focused decisions about your product.
- Work with UX designers to research, conceptualize and define your product’s user experience and interface.
- Work together with an engineering team to define and deliver the technology roadmap for your product, providing input and influencing tradeoff discussions for key technology decisions.
- Provide hands-on execution and leadership for our product development efforts, setting and inspiring a high bar for quality and outputs across both external agency resources and internal team members.
- Work as part of a small and efficient product development team dedicated to delivering bar-raising customer experiences and business value through fast, iterative initiatives and strong product practices.

QualificationsSKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:
- Proven track record presenting to and influencing functional leaders and executives both within and outside the product management function.
- Ability and passion for rolling up your sleeves and delivering results throughout all stages of the product development lifecycle.
- Strong bias for action including the ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Analytical skillset to collect, analyze, publish, and action insights based on customer and market data.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
- 7+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or technology.
- 5+ years working as the primary product owner for consumer-facing technology products.
- Demonstrated product experience in mortgage technology, or an equivalent financial technology space.
- Experience leading the product development lifecycle from inception to delivery and operations by working collaboratively across design, engineering, BD, analytics, and software development, involving both in-house and outside contract resources.
- Bachelor's degree in STEM, or equivalent professional experience.
