Overview
The Finance Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on the businesses’ key financial drivers
Responsibilities
- Review monthly financial outputs from Global teams and conduct variance and trend analysis
- Partner with Global teams and stakeholders to define/enhance procedure and policy documents and refine US financial planning solutions
- Production of timely financial materials for Management, inclusive of revenue/expense analysis, AUM trend and investor flows detail
- Work with Finance Manager to regularly review expenses and provide insight regarding variances to budget by business area
- Assist in the annual planning/budget process
- Involvement in Finance projects as they arise
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA preferred.
- 2-5 years’ experience working in asset management, accounting consulting, audit, or corporate finance advantageous.
- Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent organization, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and an investigative nature
- Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects.
