About The Team & Business Line

Responsibilities
Your Role:
Work within the trade matching team on a daily basis, whereby your team will:
- Review multi-instrument trade affirmations on vendors such as Omgeo CTM, Traiana, PB matching portals and manual short form recaps on Trade Date
- Review Listed securities settlements via Prime Broker platforms, ensure trades are pre-matched and subsequently settle on the market between the counterparty and PB
- Process OTC confirmations via Markit Trade Manager (MTM), DTCC, Markitwire and Long form confirmations
- Complete processing and review approvals on MOS instructions and MOS payments
- Complete daily oversight and approval of SDLP Symantec email deliverables
- Coordinate client on-boarding, internal SOC/audit requirements and other projects at Citco
- Responsible for task allocations in local offices to ensure client deliverables are met
- Coordinate task assignment and task reviews for teams in outsourced office locations
- Establish direct report goals, prepare performance evaluations and succession plans and coordinate staff meetings
- Work with multiple departments across the firm to drive results and deliverables
- May work on special projects as needed
- Work with clients in a professional manner to resolve any open issues
- Assist with training and development of junior members of the team
- Interact effectively with all team members and supporting department(s)
- Collaborate with customers, technology and operations staff to proactively contribute to improved service
- Provide key assistance to Client Integration team and Connectivity regarding incoming file requirements to CFS and outgoing file requirements to vendor platforms
Qualifications
About You:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other quantitative subjects.
- 5+ years’ experience in Financial Services
- Knowledge of Hedge and Mutual Funds
- Strong customer service and analytical and problem solving skills
- Committed team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail focused with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to learn new systems and source information from numerous systems
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Adaptive, flexible professional style, capable of working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Excel and Word, and aptitude to learn new skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize tasks and work in a deadline-oriented environment
- Comfortable communicating with clients and counterparties via e-mail and phone
- Experience/exposure to ISDA Bi-Lateral agreements and SWIFT payments
- Previous experience/exposure in any of the following departments: Payments, Collateral Management, Derivative instruments, Reconciliations
Salary: 110,000 USD - 165,000 USD
