Key Responsibilities:
- Identify client monetization opportunities and drive strategic initiatives liaising with Equity Sales & Trading management and Account managers
- Coordinate with Business management and corporate functions to remediate Sales and Client issues
- Set and manage technology priorities for development of CRM solutions for the Equities business
- Work closely with Global Head of Sales and Global COO functions in setting priorities for the business and track progress of such priorities
- Collaborate with Sales, SRM, Trading, Research and Corporate functions
- Manage and support data driven assignments such as votes management, pitchbook preparations, contacts cleanup and other ad-hoc analytics impacting client/business performance
Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in Client strategy or Business Management at a bank within Equities Global Markets will be a preference
- Previous experience in optimizing and standardizing processes, resources allocation and client segmentation
- Advanced ability of using PowerPoint and MS Excel with very good analytical and communication skills
- Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems knowledge
- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and manage priorities
Primary Location Full Time Salary Range of $150,000 - $175,000. The salary offered will take into consideration an individual’s experience level and qualifications.
