P osition:
Seeking an experienced regulatory attorney who will be responsible for handling responses to regulatory inquiries, conducting investigations and additional ad-hoc tasks. This hire will be a member of the Firm’s Litigation and Regulatory Group within its Legal Department.
Responsibilities
- Managing and responding to a full docket of regulatory inquiries.
- Assisting with regulatory advisory matters.
- Liaisoning with various parties, including the legal department and compliance, to retrieve and collect data for regulatory requests and inquiries. Responsibility for collecting trade data information, including security and options, from various firm order management systems.
- Researching solutions and implementing/tracking remediation items that arise from regulatory matters.
- Collaborating on internal policy and procedure guidance and updates.
- Assisting with additional ad-hoc projects.
Additional Qualifications
- Familiarity with order management systems and accessing information from those systems.
- proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Education: Juris Doctor (JD)
Required Experience:
- 7-10 years of experience in the financial services space, either at a law firm, regulatory body or bank/broker-dealer.
- Demonstrable experience in conducting regulatory investigations and/or responding to regulatory inquiries.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range of $150,000 - $180,000
The salary offered will take into consideration an individual’s experience level and qualifications.
