Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Program Manager to lead and drive 3-5 strategic programs across our organization. This mid-senior level role is critical in ensuring the successful execution of high-impact initiatives that align with our business objectives and growth strategies.
Responsibilities
- Program Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple strategic programs simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, sales, marketing, and finance to ensure all stakeholders are engaged and informed.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans, including program roadmaps, timelines, and milestones.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor program performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques; track KPIs and report on program progress.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure programs are delivered on time and within scope.
- Communication: Provide regular updates to senior leadership and other key stakeholders on program status, risks, and issues.
- Resource Allocation: Manage program resources effectively, ensuring that teams are aligned and equipped to achieve program objectives.
- Analytical Focus: Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and measure program success. Implement metrics-driven approaches to optimize program performance and outcomes.
- Process Orientation: Develop and refine processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and consistency across all programs.
Requirements
- At least 5-7 years of experience in consulting, program management or related role within a technology firm
- Skills:
- Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple large-scale programs.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
