Vanguard's in-house agency is looking for a Creative Marketing Technology Leader to spearhead the integration and optimization of Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Experience Cloud. Your role will be crucial in leveraging these platforms to enhance our marketing efficiency and speed to market through automated processes.

This is not a project management role, but understanding how projects navigate efficiently will be at the core of this team's technical planning. This leader will be hands on with their team to build out the automated efficiencies, integrate AI, and create automated reporting tools. This team will focus on connecting marketing tools to Adobe Workfront to centralize all project assets and data, allowing for in the moment reporting from a variety of lenses.
Core Responsibilities:
- Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew. Provides guidance and training as necessary to develop crew. Sets performance standards, reviews performance, and makes informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with MarTech team to integration of Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Experience Cloud to streamline our marketing operations.
- Develop and implement strategies that utilize these tools to maximize speed to market and efficiency.
- Ensure that Adobe Workfront becomes the central Marketing Resource Management tool, coordinating all marketing efforts seamlessly.
- Collaborate with MarTech and marketing teams to drive the adoption and optimal use of marketing technologies.
- Design and oversee the automation of marketing processes, reducing time-to-market for campaigns and initiatives.
- Maintain deep technical knowledge of marketing software ecosystems, staying ahead of trends and updates.
- Continuously deliver innovative future visions and evolution of our technology to drive value for our clients.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices for utilizing marketing technology tools.
- Manage projects that involve cross-functional teams to meet strategic objectives.
Qualifications:
- 5 Years experience and proven experience in a leadership role within a marketing technology environment. In-house Agency experience a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications in Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Experience Cloud.
- Deep technical knowledge of additional marketing software platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing technology implementations and optimizations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across various teams.
- Ability to lead projects and inspire teams in a fast-paced environment.
