About This Role
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Strategy & Planning Consultant to support Home Lending. The role requires establishing the strategic direction of the business that aligns to the immediate and long-term goals by assessing current and future state and establishing the action plans to execute.
In This Role, You Will
- Support Home Lending's strategic planning
- Provide principal level strategic consulting services to Home Lending business
- Act as an advisor to leadership
- Develop or influence highly complex business and technical needs across groups and functions
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges
- Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking, and coordination of highly complex activities and guidance to others
- Partner with executive management across Wells Fargo to define the business strategy then create and execute corresponding business plans and initiative
- Plan, direct, and control the formulate strategic business objectives for assigned business unit
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Strategy and Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in financial services
- 5+ years of consulting experience directly supporting home lending within financial services institutions
- Strong Mortgage experience
- Distinctive oral and written communications
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Ability to structure, analyze, syndicate and synthesize recommendations for highly complex issues
- Ability to influence and partner with senior business leaders
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Thrives in fast-paced agile, dynamic environment and can track multiple, complex projects simultaneously
- Adapts to changing priorities and excels in ambiguous scenarios with a mindset to continue moving forward
Job Expectations:
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
- This position is a hybrid work model. Must be willing to work out of New York, NY or Charlotte, NC approximately 3 days a week
Pay Range:
- Charlotte, NC: $120,400 - $250,000
- New York, NY: $138,500 - $287,600

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
