As a Barclays Account Executive, Creative Center of Excellence, you will own and manage end-to-end marketing creative development for Barclays’ partners. You will drive best-in-class creative, consistency across marketing channels, and direct timeline and budget efficiencies. You will serve as the creative development single point of contact for internal and external partners, agencies, and marketing channel leads. A resource in this role will need to be a strategic creative and marketing thinker, adept at stakeholder management, and can manage multiple work streams.
You will:
- Manage creative development and steer strategic direction, driving results to meet co-brand partner and sponsorship business goals
- Collaborate with internal and external business leads, channels, agencies, and senior stakeholders to ensure strategic, world-class marketing creative and communications
- Drive integrated marketing solutions to provide a consistent customer experience through brand and product messaging
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in a creative or marketing management role, with a strong eye for multi-channel creative execution
- Communication and diplomacy skills to guide creative development with agencies, influence internal stakeholders and partners, and negotiate solutions to process challenges
- Ability to coordinate complex activities involving multiple stakeholders, colleagues and vendors
- Production knowledge – detailed understanding of digital, social, print, and video production requirements
- Knowledge and proficiency in Workfront project management software

Purpose of the role
To create content that highlights and promotes the bank’s goals and objectives across various platforms and omnichannels to appropriate channels by crafting compelling narratives and designing engaging visual content
Accountabilities
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders to develop content messages, themes and topics which communicate the bank’s objectives.
- Management of the end-to-end content creation process including as needed writing, editing, animation creation, and static asset development which will be used and communicated across platforms.
- Management of content that engages clients and other stakeholders via articles, social media, videos and infographics.
- Monitoring the performance of content across various channels using analytics tools.
- In certain cases, development and maintenance of platforms such as microsites to promote the bank’s business objectives, values, products, services and campaigns for specific audiences.
