Basic Purpose: This role is responsible for building and running a Central Ops team within ICS that will be responsible for operations supporting US Proxy (registered and beneficial), Interims (registered and beneficial), Global Proxy, Canada Proxy and Corporate Actions (U.S. and global). As a start, this role will be responsible for building on the work through the Business Process Re-engineering project in a) developing detailed process flows for each of the products in scope, in a manner that leverages natural synergies between products, and uses AI/automation to automate most of the steps, b) designing an org structure that supports those processes and c) working with product to identify and develop/optimize all the technology tools to support the org. On an ongoing basis, this role will be responsible for end-to-end operations for products in scope.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and continuously refine the detailed process flow and roles for operations where synergies exist across ICS (for example US Proxy), building on the Business Process Re-engineering output.
- Partner with senior leaders to drive a central operations organization where commonalities exist, evaluating each function and each team that’s involved in the operations today across the organization
- Work with all the stakeholders and the regulatory modernization team led by Product leadership to create requirements for key tools to enable the central operations organization, specifically a workflow tool for all ICS, operational and management dashboard etc.
- Oversee all centralized operations (excluding print-production) and work with client services team embedded in the BUs to ensure all SLAs are met at the lowest cost and lowest risk possible on an ongoing basis.
- Communicate challenges to Sr. Leadership in order to resolve issues timely and efficiently
- Provide coordination and strategic direction across the ICS business units as it relates to operational functions
- Manage a small team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Operational knowledge/background
- Financial services Industry experience a plus
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience

Salary range $180,000.00-$220,000.00. Bonus Eligible.
