Structure, underwrite and manage asset securitization transactions while working constructively with Banking partners. Collaborate with internal partners including Banking, Risk, Operations, and Legal to achieve seamless execution, appropriate risk mitigation and strong client experience.

Required Qualifications:

1. BA/BS degree
2. Licenses: Series SIE, 79, and 63
3. 4 years of related work experience
4. Strong technical skills including financial analysis, modeling, presentation
5. Strong interpersonal skills which foster teamwork, trust and accountability
Preferred Qualifications:
1. MBA degree, with Finance focus
2. Prior experience as analyst in financial institution
