The Manager, Finance will directly support one of the ICS business units and report to the Sr. Director of FP&A. The position will have high exposure to senior executives both within and outside of finance and will play a key role in the monthly close, presentation of results to senior leadership, monthly forecasts, and annual Strategic Plan and Operating Plan.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.
Responsibilities:
The main functions of the role include but are not limited to:
- Manage the business unit P&L and working as a lead business partner to the General Manager
- Driving Operating Plan, Strat Plan, Monthly Results and Monthly Forecasts
- Obtain strong understanding of business unit products, including sales and revenue cycles
- Partnering with Business Unit FP&A Leads to review results and make recommendations
- Variance Analysis including commentary and presentation of results
- Provide financial recommendations and input to Senior Management
- Streamline and create process efficiencies where possible
- Provide leadership and guidance to direct and indirect reports
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance and/or Sales Finance. Financial services industry experience helpful
- Proactive mindset, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, logical thinking and ability to identify and leverage best practices
- Strong analytical and quantitative skill with the ability to interpret data analysis and modeling results into actionable recommendations
- Strong written and verbal communicator
- Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent experience required
- Masters in Business Administration highly desired (but not required)
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- MS Power BI or other analytical tools desired but not required
Salary range $110,000.00- $120,000.00 Bonus Eligible.
