Maintains and monitors the machines and the environment on the production floor to meet company standards and ensure minimum equipment downtime. Build and perform minor repairs. Oversee energy creation to power the machines, partnering with (Co-generation) outside energy groups
-Performs operational, craft or manual tasks
-Typically requires vocational training, apprenticeships or the equivalent experience
-Performs tasks according to established procedures
-Entry-level position with little or no prior relevant training or work experience
-Work is prescribed and completed with close supervision little autonomy
-Duties are clearly defined, and methods and tasks are described in detail

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $23 - 24 per hour. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
