As one of our Senior HR Managers, you’ll develop and implement the strategy for our North America Client Group by providing leadership and expertise for the full scope of Human Resources functions. Working closely with the senior leadership teams in your business groups, you’ll deliver strategic solutions and expertise in all aspects of Organizational Design, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Performance Management, Total Rewards, and Talent Development. You will play a critical role in consulting and coaching internal clients on people management, and succession planning, including headcount forecasting and workforce planning, based on organizational goals and objectives.
You enjoy solving problems and proactively leverage data, information, and technology to inform talent decisions and strategy. You possess strong business acumen, which includes understanding the financial and fiscal drivers of an organization. You’re an accomplished people leader who both inspires and challenges your team and cross-functional partners to do their best work as you promote an environment of inclusion. You are aware of best practices and emerging trends in the talent and people arena. To thrive in this role, you’ve operated as a senior leader in Human Resources, having worked in high-growth environments, preferably in client-facing functions supporting sales, marketing, and distribution teams.

- You have deep experience as a strategic partner to senior business leaders with the design and delivery of solutions for business groups, as well as provided coaching on the development of high-performing teams, building talent pipelines, and driving associate engagement.
- You regularly analyze data and information to assess talent gaps and inform future direction.
- Your background includes supporting global business functions in a senior-level HR role, preferably in the financial services sales industry.
- You have expertise in leading, engaging, and building high-performing teams and are passionate about leadership, emerging talent, and business trends and driving the evolution of the strategic HR function.
- You enjoy working in fast-paced environments where critical thinking and proactive teamwork are essential for success.
- Your approach is rooted in empathy, lifelong learning, resilience, relentless passion, and an open mind.
- You are a strong communicator across diverse populations of associates and pride yourself on your ability to build strong connections.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $171,968-$292,346
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
