We are seeking a talented individual to join our European Private Investments team. The successful candidate will be expected to evaluate, analyze and execute non-standard investment ideas.

Arena has a flexible multi-strategy investment mandate to directly originate and execute corporate, specialty finance, real estate, energy and structured investments. Transaction sizes typically range from $10 to $50 million.
Responsibilities include:
· Perform comprehensive asset and business due diligence, build financial models, perform valuation analysis, financial analysis and conduct industry research.
· Attend management meetings, work with legal, financial and accounting advisors on process management, due diligence and structuring.
· Prepare and present comprehensive investment memorandums and investment committee materials.
· Participate in portfolio investment monitoring and post-closing events.
