The Impact you will have in this role:
The Lead Project Manager is passionate about structuring and coordinating multiple projects that are sophisticated with significant multi-functional collaboration requirements, setting breakthroughs taking into consideration business time-to-market requirements and coordinating with stakeholders to meet them. You are a self-starter, possess great written and verbal communication skills, and be able to engage both executive and technical audiences. You demonstrate a positive and can-do demeanor and be a standout colleague. They must possess the ability to push for target dates, while being empathetic to challenges and obstacles and be the team's voice in raising and mitigating risks with the help of senior management. The candidate must be open to new and modern approaches to delivery and be an expert at Waterfall execution.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Support the iterative business planning process
- Successfully plan and track execution while maintaining profitable engagement with collaborators. Work closely with all project stakeholder groups to coordinate the project achievements.
- Define, plan, document, and review project scope
- Understand and translate cross-team dependencies into practical plans
- Identify and secure resources required to implement the plan and supervise resource utilization by continuously analyzing staffing requirements and resource allocations.
- Ensure delivered products meet defined business requirements and are of high quality
- Proactively identify and manage issues and risks. Plan for an effective risk mitigation and issue resolving.
- Lead and define the change management process for projects
- Track projects against approved budgets and report on forecasts and variances
- Provide periodic progress report on project status and build a dashboard or required decks to keep sponsor and executives abreast of status and hold them accountable for facilitating mitigation of risks and resolution of brought up issues
- Encourage and lead through effective project management
- Work with multiple partners to meet the desired objectives
- Build a communications strategy and execution plan for the project
- Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to supervise and mitigate risk; calls out appropriately

Talents Needed For Success:
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Additional Qualifications:
- 5+ years as a project manager with Infrastructure delivery project experience
- Experience working directly with Database Engineering teams and partnering with other stakeholder teams across IT
- Demonstrated ability to handle delivery of 1 to 3 projects simultaneously through structure execution and routines
- Demonstrated ability to manage project accounting and artifacts including status, project plans, etc.
- Ability to implement a project with key critical business breakthroughs, while supporting/enabling an agile delivery process
- PMP, ITIL Certifications
- Expert level with JIRA, TEAMS, Sharepoint, MS Suite, SNOW Dashboards, and Excel
