THE ROLE
As Manager of Digital Media you will be responsible for developing and executing our paid media strategy across various digital platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital advertising, data analytics, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving successful campaigns and achieving measurable results.
What You Will Do
- Strategy Development: Influence, implement, and support a comprehensive paid media strategy that aligns with company goals and targets, including PPC, display advertising, social media ads, and programmatic buying.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns to maximize ROI and drive growth. This includes managing budgets, setting key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop paid media specialists, ensuring continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics tools to monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Create detailed reports to communicate campaign success and areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, creative services, analytics and .com teams to ensure cohesive messaging and delivery across all paid media efforts.
- Project Management: Manage multiple global projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and platforms to ensure optimal performance and support for paid media initiatives.
- Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital advertising, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement in our paid media approach.
- Serve on relevant cross-functional marketing projects as a subject matter expert for the paid media function, offering advice and support whenever needed.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- 6-8+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, successful paid media campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and other performance measurement platforms.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and technologies.
