Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join SSGA's Global Business Office as the Global Head of ETF Sales Strategy and Solutions. The individual will be responsible for designing and implementing a growth strategy for multi-asset solutions on a global scale to deliver innovative solutions to clients, as well as leading a team of ETF subject matter experts representing State Street Global Advisors’ (SSGA) SPDR business.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a global team to represent SSGA as ETF product experts, driving sales and adoption.
- Develop growth strategies for multi-asset solutions like model portfolios and SMAs.
- Collaborate with CCG to identify client opportunities through product education and tailored solutions.
- Define product priorities and sales strategies based on market trends, client insights, and competitive analysis.
- Lead the design of bespoke investment mandates tailored to client needs.
- Set sales objectives by product, region, and client type; drive ETF thought leadership content and white papers.
- Partner with external ETF firms (e.g., World Gold Council) to align on investment narratives for partner ETFs.
- Analyze ETF performance data and competitive landscape for product positioning and development.
- Educate internal teams on ETF strategies and maintain presence at industry conferences and client events.
- Advise clients on new investment strategies and monitor market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
- Manage and mentor a team of professionals to achieve strategic objectives.
Job Requirements And Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrated track record of leading, motivating and managing a high performing, client-facing specialist team that can engage well with both intermediary and institutional clients to deliver sales results across different market environments
- Proven track record of designing and implementation successful growth strategies for a broad range of investment products.
- in-depth ETF product and technical knowledge; proficiency in portfolio construction, capital markets, industry trends, and product strategies; demonstrated understanding of the asset management industry and general ETF landscape
- Strong understanding of investment products (Multi-Asset), including model portfolios & SMAs.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with experience leading and developing high performance teams.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable strategies and initiatives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex investment concepts to stakeholders and clients.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform decision making
- Experience working in a global context and managing diverse teams across different geographies.

Salary Range
$225,000 - $337,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
