Partners Group is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Client Solutions sales/marketing team based in New York, with a focus on the US Defined Contribution market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Defined Contribution and understanding of the US DC ecosystem and relevant players. Private markets knowledge (CAIA/CFA) is strongly preferred.
As part of the role, you will initially provide support to development efforts that will evolve as the business grows, including new client identification, liaising with the institutional and consultant relations team, and preparing/delivering more robust client pitches. Additionally, you will be involved in quarterly deliverables, whitepaper development, and market intelligence and research.
Responsibilities:
- Support and help drive the efforts in US DC
- Execute timely preparation and follow up for client meetings and calls with approved marketing collateral
- Assist in managing campaign efforts
- Collaborate closely with investment teams in order to provide clients and prospects with latest investment information
- Provide sales support in the Defined Contribution market, positioning Partners Group products
- Assist with broader DC-centric market deliverables, including research for new whitepapers
What we expect
- Bachelor's degree and strong academic background required
- 2 - 5 years of work experience (financial services industry and sales/marketing experience preferred)
- Ideal candidate will have a background in Defined Contribution
- Private markets knowledge is strongly preferred (CAIA/CFA is a plus)
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Passion for sales/marketing and the financial markets
- Understanding of sales process
- Exceptional organization and time management skills

- Partners Group compensation has a long-term outlook and philosophy, and our total compensation emphasizes performance based long term incentives. Base pay range for this role is $130,000 – 170,000 and a performance-based bonus and equity are additional parts of the total compensation package
